EA was very proud to win in several categories including:
Role-Playing/Massively Multiplayer Game of the Year: Dragon Age: Origins
Sports Game of the Year: FIFA Soccer 10
Strategy/Simulation Game of the Year: Brutal Legend
Family Game of the Year: The Beatles: Rock Band
Outstanding Achievement in Soundtrack: Brutal Legend
Congrats to the talented teams involved in making the great games above.
Last year was a golden year for games. Great games that were also honoured by awards last night included Uncharted 2: Amongst Thieves for the PS3 by Naughty Dog, Batman: Arkham Ayslum by the great guys of Rock Steady in the UK and of course Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was also recognised.
Our prediction is 2010 will be an even stronger year for seeing great games. And guess who benefits…you the games players. Bring it on.
